It all started in late-2022 when one land investor, Drew Haney, who invited me to his lake-house one weekend with two other land investors, Ajay Sharma & Jaren Barnes.

It was random and last minute. I didn't even know if I was going to go. I met Drew through a bulk-land deal he bought from us.

I am SO glad that I went.

That weekend, by Day 3, we became the closest of friends. To this day, we talk every week and they are my best friends, confidants, mentors, and my support system.

Most of my entrepreneurial journey has always been alone. I have never really been able to relate to others who were not going through the same thing I was going through.

That weekend, we realized we were all in similar boats. We shared similar successes and we also had unique challenges just like everyone, but with a common goal.

I have never felt so understood and validated. Their stories echoed my experiences, and their insights filled the gaps in my understanding.

From there, I became a believer in the power of community. I believed in the strength of shared experiences, collective wisdom, and mutual support.

Over the last 12-18 months, I have been attending tons of land events, connecting with more land investors.

The insights I've gained have not only propelled my business forward but also deepened my personal growth.

I've learned that while the journey of an entrepreneur can be lonely, it doesn't have to be. 

The connections I've made have turned into lifelong friendships and business partnerships that have been invaluable.

This experience has reshaped my perspective on entrepreneurship.

It's not just about the land deals and the profits; it's also about the people you meet along the way, the relationships you build, and the community you become a part of.

Thanks to Drew, Ajay, and Jaren, I've found my tribe in the land investing world, and I couldn't be more grateful.

If I were to look back and say what was the best "land deal" that I did, it is this.. it is investing into community.

I have literally probably invested $60,000+ personally on (conference tickets, plane tickets, hotels etc.) been on 16+ flights, spent countless hours on the road.

If we were to look at The "return" on that, it has been exponential, at least 15x (1500%) It has completely changed my life and business.

I am ALL-IN on building community this year as well. I cannot wait to meet all of you & see where this goes!
